CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Shopping at Designbrickan is safe and easy.
Shipping cost: 89,- within Sweden
The manufacturing time is: 4 – 5 working days and after that the shipping through PostNord is added.
If you are under 18, you must have a parent’s permission to shop with us.
We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. All frauds are reported to the police.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Klarna is our payment provider, offering payment by card, online payment, invoice and partial payment. At checkout you will find more information in the form of Klarna’s own terms and conditions. You accept the terms and conditions by completing your purchase. In case of late payment, Klarna will deal with this by charging a reminder fee, interest and possible collection costs. For questions about payment, please contact Klarna.
All payment methods are free of charge. If you choose Invoice, it will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. An order confirmation will also be sent to your email address when your purchase is completed.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means that all orders are encrypted. For card purchases, your card details are treated securely and confidentially.
By clicking on “Complete purchase”, you accept that the purchase implies a responsibility to pay.
DELIVERY, TRANSPORTATION AND UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days within Sweden (not Åland). For delivery to countries other than Sweden, please contact our customer service by email.
We reserve ourselves for any delays caused by the supplier and Postnord and for any longer delivery times during holidays and campaigns.
Your parcel will be sent directly to an agent unless you choose the additional option of home delivery. You have 14 days to collect it.
If you do not collect your package within this time, it will be returned to us as ‘unclaimed’. We do not refund unclaimed products as they are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If you do not contact us within 1 month, we will discard your product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a personalized design.
If you discover that your parcel is damaged, you should report this directly at the point of collection. This should be done by filing a complaint with the carrier. Then contact us by e-mail and please indicate your order number and that it concerns transport damage in the subject line.
In case of circumstances beyond our control, so-called Force Majeure, e.g., but not limited to, natural disaster, power failure, labor conflict, Designbrickan is exempt from liability to the customer.
All prices on Designbrickan are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT.
These are the prices at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to make obvious errors.
DESIGN YOURSELF – INFORMATION
In our Design yourself tool, you can put your design on many of our products. Your design will be printed on the product. Visualized images are an approximate preview of the finished product. Colors can be perceived differently between different monitors. Misleading color on the finished product is therefore not accepted as a reason for complaint.
We reserve the right to refuse production with designs that contain offensive content.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products of your own design. If you see that your design does not match the order confirmation or you regret your order, please contact our customer service directly.
Designbrickan disclaims all liability for any infringement of design protection and copyright. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have the right to use the material submitted to the Designbrick. This condition of purchase releases Designbrickan from all costs incurred by Designbrickan in connection with any dispute.
MODIFY AND CANCEL THE ORDER
Changing or canceling an order is possible if our customer service has time to stop the order before production. It is therefore important that you contact our customer service as soon as possible.
The products must be free of defects on delivery. If you have received a defective product or if you suspect that you have received an incorrect product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also send a picture of the reason for the complaint. Visualized images are an approximate preview of the finished product. Colors can be perceived differently between different monitors. Misleading color on the finished product is therefore not accepted as a reason for complaint. We care about our customers and therefore want to agree on a solution that suits both parties. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN).
